Pengaruh Dosis Pupuk NPK 16:16:16 dan Konsentrasi Pupuk Plant Catalyst terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.)

Tomat merupakan tanaman sayuran buah yang memiliki prospek yang baik dalam pengembangan agribisnis karena memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk NPK 16:16:16 dan konsentrasi pupuk Plant Catalyst serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Surabaya yang terletak di Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur pada bulan April 2023-Agustus 2023. Penelitian disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor yaitu dosis pupuk NPK dan konsentrasi pupuk Plant Catalyst masing-masing terdiri atas 4 taraf perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi interaksi nyata perlakuan kombinasi dosis pupuk NPK dengan konsentrasi pupuk Plant Catalyst terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga per tanaman, fruit set, jumlah buah per tandan, bobot buah per buah, bobot buah tiap periode panen, bobot buah total per tanaman, dan diameter buah. Hasil terbaik diperoleh dari perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK 30 g/tanaman dan konsentrasi 2 g/l Plant catalyst.
