This study aimed to analyze the effect of rice washing water types (white and red) with various irrigation dosages on the growth and yield of devil chili plants (Capsicum frutescens L.). The study employed a Split Plot Design with two factors: the type of rice washing water as the main plot, and the irrigation dosage (20, 40, and 60 ml/day) as the subplot. The analysis results showed a highly significant interaction between the two factors. The application of red rice washing water at a dosage of 60 ml/day yielded the best results for the plant height parameter, reaching an average of 9.85 cm on day 28. For the leaf number parameter, white rice washing water at a dosage of 60 ml/day showed optimal superiority with an average of 7.75 leaves. These findings indicate a growth allocation, where red rice washing water effectively stimulates stem elongation, whereas white rice washing water influences leaf formation. Therefore, both types of rice washing water can be considered effective alternative liquid organic fertilizers to support the vegetative growth of devil chili plants.
