Pengaruh Penggunaan Pupuk Kascing, Pupuk Kandang Ayam, dan Pupuk Kandang Kambing terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Bayam Merah (Amaranthus tricolor L.)

Bayam merah (Amaranthus tricolor L.) mengandung nutrisi yang lebih besar dari pada bayam lainnya. Pupuk kandang kambing, pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk kascing termasuk pupuk organik yang dibutuhkan oleh tanaman bayam merah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing jenis pupuk terhadap bayam merah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2024 di Dusun Sembon Kecamatan Ngajum Kabupaten Malang dengan ketinggian 588 m dpl dan suhu rata-rata 19-26°C. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan, yaitu P0 (Kontrol), P1 (Pupuk Kascing), P2 (Pupuk Kandang Ayam), dan P3 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing), dan diulang 6 kali. Analisis data menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dengan software DSAASTAT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk kascing, pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, luas daun, dan berat basah tanaman bayam merah daripada perlakuan kontrol pada umur 7 hst–35 hst.
